New Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Update Out Now, Here's What It Does
A new update is out now for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on Nintendo Switch and Wii U. Update 1.5.0. is not the most significant, but it does include some notable changes and additions.
With the update applied, you can now choose to play with language text for traditional or simplified Chinese. Additionally, Korean has been added as a supported language. On Nintendo Switch, you can switch to these new languages through the "language settings menu" on the console. There is no Chinese or Korean voice acting, however; only text is supported.
The new Breath of the Wild patch also includes "various fixes to improve gameplay." That's as specific as Nintendo got in the official patch notes, so we don't know for sure what has changed. If you spot something in the game, let us know in the comments below.
In other Breath of the Wild news, Nintendo announced this week that the game has sold 6.7 million copies worldwide as of December 31. For more on the much-loved and commercially successful RPG, check out GameSpot's Breath of the Wild review here.
