Rainbow Six Siege: The Road To 100 Operators

With the release of Operation Chimera and Outbreak on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, Rainbow Six Siege achieved a new high player-count. To chronicle the tactical shooter's two-year comeback, we traveled to Montreal for the Rainbow Six Invitational, to speak to the creators about their plan to reach 100 in-game characters.

In the video above, Rainbow Six Siege's game director, creative director, and brand director talk about the pivotal role Siege's operators have played in its success. They also delve into the inspiration behind numerous characters, and how the game's community has grown attached to the heroes, resulting in 27 million total players at the beginning of 2018.
